Invitation to Bid 2026-02 (ITB 2026-02)
Newberry SR 26 Elevated Storage Tank
The City of Newberry, Florida (Owner) is inviting Bidders to electronically submit sealed bids for ITB 2026-02, Newberry SR 26 Elevated Storage Tank.
Bids must be submitted by 2:00 PM EST, Thursday, March 5, 2026.
Bidding Documents may be obtained electronically at no cost by registering for Bid Express through the following link:

A non-mandatory pre-bid Conference will be held virtually on Tuesday, February 3, 2026, at 9:30 AM EST. Attendees may join by accessing the link below at the stated date and time:

Attendance of the in-person Site visit is encouraged but non-mandatory and will be held on Tuesday, February 3, 2026, at 10:45 AM EST. The Site visit attendees shall meet at the City Yard, 120 NW 260th St, Newberry, Florida 32669.
Questions should be submitted to the Owner through Bid Express only. Questions will be accepted through Monday, February 16, 2026, 2:00 PM EST.
Bids will be opened and read aloud at a virtual Public Bid Opening on March 5, 2026, at 2:00 PM EST. All members of the public may attend the Public Bid Opening Workshop. Attendees may join by accessing the link below at the
