NOTICE OF SALE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
Unit 305 of WINSTON PARK NORTHEAST 100 CONDOMINIUM, a Condominium as set forth in the Declaration of Condominium and the exhibits annexed thereto and forming a part thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 3644, Page 705, et seq., and as it may be amended of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. The above description includes, but is not limited to, all appurtenances to the condominium unit above described, including the undivided interest in the common elements of said condominium.
