INVITATION TO BID RFP 26-16-SSP CONSTRUCTION MANAGER AT RISK (CMAR); Moffitt Cancer Center is seeking a CMAR under a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) agreement for the infrastructure / utilities in the SO Development Area Speros campus in Pasco County. Moffitt Cancer Center will receive proposals from interested parties until 1:00 PM, local time, on March 6, 2026. Proposals are to be submitted to RFP@moffitt.org prior to this date and time. Proposals received after this time will not be accepted. Proposals will be read at 3:30 PM on March 6, 2026 at the Speros Visioning Center, directions provided in RFP documentation. All interested parties are invited to attend. RFP documents can be obtained by visiting the link below or by emailing rfp@moffitt.org (please indicate RFP name in the subject line). Proposers are required to attend a mandatory pre-submission conference (zoom meeting) on Wednesday, February 11, 2026 at 11:00 AM and attend a mandatory site visit on Wednesday, February 18, 2026 between 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM. Sign-in is required at the site visit. Link to the conferences zoom meeting and directions to the site are identified in the RFP documentation. RFP questions are due by Friday, February 20, 2026 3:00 PM. Instructions for submitting questions are located in the RFP documentation. Responses to RFP questions will be provided to all proposers by Wednesday, February 25, 2026 end of business day.
