DB250003776 IN RE: FORFEITURE OF: 2015 BLACK DODGE CHALLENGER VIN # 2C3CDZAT9FH713003 & $1,172.00 US Currency NOTICE OF FORFEITURE PROCEEDINGS TO: ARTHUR L. ACREE AND ANY AND ALL PERSONS WHO CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE FOLLOWING PROPERTY: 2015 BLACK DODGE CHALLENGER VIN # 2C3CDZAT9FH713003 & $1,172.00 US Currency was seized on or about March 14, 2025, at or near 439 S. Segrave Street, Apt. 1, Daytona Beach, Volusia County, Florida NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to Sec. 932.704 et. seq., Florida Statutes, that the property described above was seized for forfeiture by the Daytona Beach Police Department, on the date and place stated above. The Property is being held by the Daytona Beach Police Department. A forfeiture complaint has been filed, and all claimants who have a legal interest in the subject property must file an Answer to the Complaint within twenty (20) days of service. If you are a claimant having a legal interest in the subject property, a copy of the Complaint can be obtained from the Office of the Police Legal Advisor for Daytona Beach Police Department, 301 S. Ridgewood Avenue, Daytona Beach, Florida 32114. A copy of the Complaint for an Order of Probable Cause Finding has been filed with the Clerk of the Circuit Court of the Seventh Judicial Circuit, In and For Volusia County, Florida. PLEASE NOTE THAT you are required to file an Answer to the Complaint if you wish to contest this forfeiture action. Failure to do so will result in a Default Judgment being entered against you.
