LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE is hereby given that the City of West Melbourne, Brevard County, Florida, has called for Public Hearing(s) to be held as follows: West Melbourne Board of Adjustment, February 26, 2026, 6:30 p.m. , or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard in the Council Chamber located at 2285 Minton Road, West Melbourne, Florida. The purpose of these hearing(s) will be to consider the following: A request for a conditional use and initial site plan approval as provided in Chapter 98, Article III., Division 8 C-P (Commercial Parkway District), Sec. 98-364 (3).Planned Commercial Development on a parcel three acres or more: Conditional use to allow for a car dealership on the west side of Columbia Lane, south of US Highway 192 on the following described property: Tract G-5, Coastal Commerce Center, Tract G-2, 1 st Replat, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book, 64, Page 63, of the Public Records of Brevard County, Florida. Containing 5.28+/- acres. The public hearing(s) may be continued to a time and date certain by announcement at the scheduled hearing without any further published notice. All persons wishing to be heard should appear in person at these hearings or send written comments to the City Clerk. All persons and parties are hereby advised that if they should decide to appeal any decision made by the City with respect to any matter considered at the public meeting or hearing described in this notice, they will need a record of the proceedings, and for such purpose, said person or party may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based (Chapter 286, Florida Statutes).
