FIRST INSERTION WILLOW WALK COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NOTICE OF BOARD MEETING Notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors (the Board) of the Willow Walk Community Development District (the District) will conduct a special Board meeting on February 17, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. at the Parrish United Methodist Church, 12180 US 301 N, Parrish FL 34219 Room 123. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss any business coming before the Board. A copy of the agenda for the meeting may be obtained by contacting the office of the District Manager c/o Rizzetta & Company, Inc., 2700 South Falkenburg Road, Suite 2745, Riverview, Florida 33578 (District Managers Office). The meeting will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida law for community development districts and will be open to the public. The meeting may be continued in progress without additional notice to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at the meeting. At the meeting, staff or Board members may participate by speaker telephone.
