NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING DATES FOR TWO CREEKS COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT The Board of Supervisors of Two Creeks Community Development District will hold their regular meetings for Fiscal Year 2025-2026 at 6:00 p.m. at the Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton at 1735 Jeremiah St. Middleburg FL. 32068 on the following dates: February 25, 2026 May 27, 2026 August 26, 2026 All meetings will convene at 6:00 p.m. at Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton at 1735 Jeremiah St. Middleburg FL. 32068 A copy of the agenda may be obtained by contacting the District Manager, c/o Rizzetta & Company, Inc., 3434 Colwell Avenue, Suite 200, Tampa, Florida, 33614 (District Managers Office), or by emailing the District Manager at BPfuhl@rizzetta.com and/or by telephoning 904-436-6270, during normal business hours, or on the Districts website https://www.twocreekscdd.org. The meetings are open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida law for community development districts. The meetings may be continued to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at such meeting. There may be occasions when one or more Supervisors or staff will participate by telephone.
