PUBLIC NOTICE The Northeast Florida Regional Council, Local Emergency Planning Committee will hold a hybrid meeting (both in-person and via zoom) on Wednesday, February 18, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. The zoom link is https://nefrc-org.zoom.us/j/88017275062 or by calling 1-786-635-1003; Meeting ID: 880-1727-5062. The in-person address is 40 E. Adams Street, Jacksonville, FL 32202. This information will also be posted on our website at www.nefrc.org. Notice is also given that one or more members of Boards of County Commissioners, City/Town Councils/Commissions and other entities covered under Chapter 286, Florida Statutes, may join and/or speak at this meeting.
