Notice To Bid Perry-McCall Construction has been selected by Duval County Public Schools as the Construction Manager for the Renovation & Deferred Maintenance #2 work at Fletcher High School. We will be accepting seal proposals for the following trade packages: Demolition Casework Painting Flooring & Sealed Concrete Misc Specialties Plumbing Mechanical Electrical Sitework Prior to submitting a bid proposal, subcontractors are required to review all bid related information, including plans, specifications, bid scopes of work, Perry-McCall subcontract agreement, schedule and complete subcontractor's pre-qualification ("SCORE"). SCORE registration information can be found here: https://www.perry-mccall.com/resources/. SCORE must be fully complete, including financial information, one week prior to the bid due date. Any proposed comments to Perry-McCall's subcontract agreement template must be submitted with subcontractor's bid. Any incomplete submissions of the requirements listed above may be subject to bid rejection. There will be a voluntary site visit on 2/10/2026 at 3:00pm . You must meet outside the main entrance of Fletcher High School building. Instructions: Interested bidders are required to notify Rory Russell at Perry-McCall Construction, Inc. of their intent to bid, in writing, no later than 2/24/2026 . Interested bidders who fail to notify Perry-McCall Construction of their intent to bid by referenced date above may not be permitted to bid.
