Miscellaneous Public Notices NOTICE The dental office of Dr. Zaid Naser located at 45 Summerlin Lane, #106, St. Augustine, FL, 32095, phone number (904) 926-9999, is permanently closing on February 10th (2/10/2026) for personal reasons. We thank you for your patronage. It has been our pleasure to help with your dental needs. At your request, copies of the pertinent information from your record can be made available to you or the dentist of your choosing. If you wish to make a request regarding your patient record, please contact the office before the closing day, as we shall need your written authorization to release your records.
