REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL TOWN ATTORNEY LEGAL SERVICES The Town of Fort White is requesting proposals to provide legal services for the Town of Fort White. Proposals will be accepted by the Town Clerk's office by mail at P.O. Box 129, Fort White, FL 32038, by email clerk@fortwhitefl.com, In person at 118 SW Wilson Springs Road, Fort White, Fl 32038 until 4 p.m. Proposals delivered to any other location will not be considered received by the Town Clerk's office. Proposals will not be accepted via fax. A clearly marked original, five (5) copies and one (1) digital copy must be sealed and clearly marked Town Attorney Legal Services on the exterior of the package submitted. Requests for additional information or clarifications must be made in writing to the Town Clerk's Office. Email requests are acceptable. The Town Clerk's Office will issue replies to inquiries and additional information, or amendments deemed necessary in written addenda. Only the names of the respondents will be read aloud In the Town Hall. It will be the sole responsibility of the Proposer to contact the 'town Clerks office prior to submitting a response to determine if any addenda have been issued, to obtain such addenda, and to acknowledge addenda with their proposal. 898951 February 4, 2026
