NOTICE TO CREDITORS The administration of the estate of Thomas Dean Avery, deceased, whose date of death was February 10, 2024, is pending in the Circuit Court for Columbia County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is 173 NE Hernando Ave., Lake City, Fl 32055. The names and addresses of the personal representative and the personal representative's attorney are set forth below.
