NOTICE OF RULE DEVELOPMENT BY THE
SCENIC HIGHWAY COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT
In accordance with Chapters 120 and 190, Florida Statutes, the Scenic Highway Community Development District ("District") hereby gives notice of its intent to develop Rule No.03 related to overnight parking and parking enforcement on District property, with penalties including but not necessarily limited to towing ("Policy"). The purpose and effect of this Policy is to provide for efficient and effective operations of the District as provided by Section 190.035, Florida Statutes. Specific legal authority for the rules includes Sections 190.011, 190.011(5), 190.012(2)(d), 190.012(3), 190.035(2), and 120.54, Florida Statutes.
A public hearing on the adoption of the proposed Policy will be conducted by the District on Tuesday, March 17, 2026, at 10:30 a.m., at Offices of PRIME Community Management, 375 Avenue A SE, Winter Haven, Florida 33880.
