BRYSTE HOLDINGS, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, et al., Defendants. RE-NOTICE OF SALE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 06, 2025 and Order Granting Plaintiff’s Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale and for Disbursement of Forfeited Third Party Funds dated January 15, 2026 that was entered in Civil Case No: 502025CC007685XXXASB of the County Court in and for Palm Beach County, Florida, wherein TENNIS LODGES #1 CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff, and BRYSTE HOLDINGS, LLC is the Defendant.
