JANUSZ PICIW, his heirs, devisees, grantees, assignees, creditors, lienors and trustees, et al., Defendants. NOTICE OF SALE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure entered on January 26, 2026, in Civil Case No: 502025CC014266XXXASB of the County Court of the 15th Judicial Circuit in and for Palm Beach County, Florida, wherein MONACO CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff, and JANUSZ PICIW and BROOKE PICIW, are the Defendants. The clerk, Michael Caruso, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00AM at https://palmbeach.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 3rd day of March 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit: Condominium Parcel No. 681 of Monaco O Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 2323 at Page 606, of the Public Records of Palm Beach County, Florida, and all amendments thereto, if any.
