Lab 208 project will be accepting sealed bids from pre-qualified Trade Contractors for the following Bid Packages: 02A SELECTIVE DEMOLITION 04A MASONRY 06A FINISHED CARPENTRY 06B MILLWORK AND COUNTERS 08A DOORS AND HARDWARE 08B ALUMINUM STOREFRONTS AND GLAZING 09A DRYWALL AND WALL ASSEMBLIES 09B FLOORING 09C PAINTING 10A SPECIALTIES 13A SPECIALTY ACOUSTIC CONSTRUCTION 23A HVAC 26A ELECTRICAL BID DOCUMENTS: Electronic bid documents will be provided via ProCore or email and are available upon request from Southern Standard Construction beginning February 6, 2026.
