INVITATION TO BID Arris General Contractors, Inc., as Construction Manager for the project known as Florida A&M University (FAMU) Centennial Lab Renovation of CEPAST, located in Tallahassee, Florida, is soliciting bids from Pre-Qualified Trade Contractors. Arris will receive sealed proposals on bid packages based on the construction documents by Pinnacle Engineering Group. All bidders must be pre-qualified before submitting a proposal.
