Invitation to Bid Notice is hereby given that the City of Quincy Florida invites qualified firms to submit a bid to perform the following: CITY OF QUINCY- CDBG IMPROVEMENTS The purpose of this project is: Improvements at Andy Gay Park including a pavilion, sidewalks, site lighting, landscaping and architectural features. Improve a section of Washington Street between Adams and Madison Street including new roadway pavers, new ADA parking, landscape parklets at the intersections, sidewalk repair/replacement, water and electric services and bench surround tree planters. Improvements along Adams Street, Madison Street and Jefferson Street to include sidewalk repair/replacement, ADA parking spaces, bench surround tree planters, light pole restoration. Other various improvements as shown in the project plans. The project is to be reimbursed by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Community Development Block Grant M0054, through the Florida Department of Commerce. Funding for the project may be made possible through this grant and is contingent on strict conformance by the selected contractor to the guidelines set forth by HUD and Florida Commerce. Respondents shall comply with the Federal Regulations Contract Requirements within this ITB. Bids Due: Sealed bids will be received until February 20, 2026, at 2:00 PM EST, at City Hall, Attn: Regina Davis, 404 West Jefferson Street, Quincy, Florida 32351. Bids will be opened immediately following the deadline. Bid Package: CITY OF QUINCY CDBG Bid Documents: Bid Documents are available by emailing rdavismvquincv.net All submitted bids must include copies of Insurance, all relevant licenses, and other required forms included in the bid specifications. Completion date for this project will be 180 calendar days from the date of the Notice to Proceed presented to the successful bidder. The City of Quincy reserves the right to reject any and all bids received and to waive any and all minor irregularities or informalities in any bid.
