Advertisement for Bids
The Nature Conservancy (TNC) hereby advertises for sealed bids for the construction of Tyndall Coastal Resilience Project ? Oyster Reef Breakwater (Project):
The Project consists of six submerged reef structures to be constructed with riprap and bedding material. The reef structures will be a combined length of 0.39 miles including gaps. Project location is within East Bay, approx. 1.3-miles south of Goose Point and 1-mile west of Little Oyster Bar Point, Bay County, Florida, at approx. 30 3' 26.8596" N, 85 31' 26.8596" W.
Bidding Documents will be made available electronically only at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time January 23, 2026 via TNC's Dashboard which can be found at: https://bit.ly/4jPzh72
It is the prospective Bidder's sole responsibility to obtain the Bidding Documents in a timely manner.
A Pre-Bid Meeting to discuss the scope of the Project and the requirements of the Bidding Documents will be held virtually via Zoom on February 10, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time. Please register to attend the pre-bid meeting at https://bit.ly/3Noqi0s. Attendance of the Pre-Bid Meeting is Mandatory to submit a Bid.
Bids for the Project must be submitted by 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time March 11, 2026 via TNC's Dashboard. Any Bids received after the specified time will not be considered. Each Bid must be submitted on the prescribed Bid Form, accompanied by the required Bid Security and include all documentation as prescribed in the Instructions to Bidders. TNC reserves the right to disregard all nonconforming, nonresponsive, unbalanced or conditional Bids.
