Requested Action: Renewal of a medical hardship temporary use permit to allow for a Mobile Home to remain on parcel C26-141 for three (3) years as a medical caregiver residence. The proposed change may be inspected by the public at the Planning and Floodplain Division, The Villages Sumter County Service Center, 7375 Powell Rd, Wildwood between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M. weekdays. Pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 286, Florida Statutes, if a person decides to appeal any action taken by an above named Board respect to any matter considered during any meeting of such Board, he or she will need a record of the proceedings and that, for such purposes, he or she may need to ensure a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record may include the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is based.
