IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE SEVENTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT, IN AND FOR VOLUSIA COUNTY, FLORIDA. CASE NO: 2025 14623 ?IDL IN RE: FORFEITURE OF U.S. CURRENCY IN THE AMOUNT OF SIX THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY-NINE AND 99/100 DOLLARS ($6,189.99) NOTICE OF FORFEITURE TO: JJ24, LLC; DAVID G. MARSHLACK; YOHANA HUNG; THE DOGHOUSE BAR AND GRILL, LLC; DEBRA KORSON; JEFFREY G. HAIDLE AND ALL INTERESTED PERSONS OR ENTITIES, KNOWN OR UNKNOWN NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to Sec. 932.701 et. seq., Fla. Stat. that the property described below was seized for forfeiture on the date and at the place stated, and a forfeiture complaint has been filed. All potential claimants are required to serve a copy of your written response upon Matthew J. Jones, City Attorney, City of Port Orange, 1000 City Center Circle, Port Orange, Florida 32129, within twenty (20) days of receipt of this notice, and immediately file your original response with the Volusia County Clerk of Court. Please include your name and residence address with your response, and specify the exact property upon which your interest is based. PLEASE NOTE THAT you are required to file an Answer to the Complaint if you wish to contest this forfeiture action. Failure to do so will result in a Default Judgment being entered against you.
