MEETING NOTICE The Brevard County Transportation Impact Fee Advisory Committee for the North Mainland District will meet on Tuesday, February 03, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. The purpose of the meeting is to consider: 1) Seville Dirt Road Paving Phase 1 - $509,791 approximately 1220 LF Seville Ave. west to 4460 Seville Ave. to end of road. Design completed funds are for construction. Phase II - $693,840 approximately 1440 LF Seville Ave. east to 4090 Seville Ave. to end of road. Design completed funds are for construction, 2) Temple St. Dirt Road Paving $253,578 approximately 1800 LF from Seville to Citrus, Design completed additional construction funds are required, and 3) Grissom Parkway Widening (PSJ Pkwy to Fay Blvd.) Feasibility Study completed, design funds needed $660,000. Total funding request: $2,117,209. The meeting will be held in the Public Works Conference Room, 2nd Floor, Public Works, at the Brevard County Government Center, Building A, 2725 Judge Fran Jamieson Way, Viera, Florida. If a person decides to appeal any decision made by this committee with respect to any matter considered at this meeting or hearing, such a person will need a record of this proceeding and that, for such purposes, such person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of this proceeding is made, at his/her expense, which record includes testimony and evidence upon which any appeal is to be based. The needs of the hearing and/or visually impaired persons shall be met if the department sponsoring the meeting/hearing is presented with such a request and contacts the ADA Coordinator at least 48 hours prior to the public meeting/hearing at (321) 637-5347.
