PUBLIC NOTICE OF MEETING OF THE HALIFAX HOSPITAL MEDICAL CENTER BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS The Halifax Hospital Medical Center Board of Commissioners will hold an Orientation/Education meeting on February 11, 2026 at 4 p.m. in Conference Room A in the France Tower at Halifax Health, 303 North Clyde Morris Boulevard, Daytona Beach, Florida. A portion of this meeting may be closed to the public to discuss strategic planning pursuant to Section 395.3035(4), Florida Statutes. PLEASE BE ADVISED that if a person decides to appeal any decision made by the board with respect to any matter considered at this meeting, he or she will need a record of the proceedings, and for such purpose, he or she will need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the evidence upon with the appeal is to be based.
